Care Not who’s Ox Is Gored.
(Global Warming)
From iceberg’s thaw to ethanol
our pundits offer keys.
They claim they know the where-with-all
to salve our fears and needs.
Yet, seldom few seem to imbue
the logic we now need…
when any fool with miniscule
gray matter has agreed
it does not matter who’s at fault
when crises tend to rise.
It matters only that we halt
what makes our boat capsize.
It’s time that we ameliorate
the problems that we face…
make known to all, “Our plight’s too great…
Time has long summed His case.”

They call it entertainment,
but one-third is but ads.
We must retain the program's plot,
while they hawk their doodads.
We all should find a hobby,
and turn off the TV...
let screaming snake oil peddlers

I should not read the paper,
nor watch the TV news.
